- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Exclusions:
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used toys for hygiene or safety reasons

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
2. Receive Return Instructions
Our customer service team will review your request and provide:
- The return shipping address
- A return authorization number (if applicable)
- Packaging and labeling instructions

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged, or
- There was an error in your order.
We do not cover or reimburse:
- Return shipping charges
- Customs duties or taxes
- Bank or card processing fees (if applicable)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
